Hello, I am Taylor Harris and I am a licensed cosmetologist. Please no extra guest as I work in a private suite and do not have extra space. You will have a 10 minute grace period, after your grace period a $20 late fee will be applied to your appointment. Also I do ask that if you are running late to communicate with me so that I can best accommodate you! Please ensure that your email address and your phone number that you use when booking your appointment is correct. A reminder email will be sent the day before your appointment as well as a confirmation text. You can pay through GlossGenius with your credit or debit card, Venmo or cash. If you’re paying with cash please bring exact change as I do not always have change and if you are paying through gloss genius there is a 3.5 percent convenience fee. All deposits are non refundable and can only be used for one rescheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule you must do so 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee.
